22. The owner of a unit referred to in paragraph 6, 7 or 9 of section 18 must ensure that all components containing or intended to contain a halocarbon are leak tested at least once a year, with not more than 15 months between each leak test.
The leak test must be conducted using an electronic leak detector with a sensitivity of at least 5 g per year as to the type of halocarbon used.
The owner of a unit referred to in the first paragraph that has been repaired following the detection of a leak must conduct another leak test between the 30th and 60th day after the unit is reactivated.

22. The owner of a refrigeration or air conditioning unit referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph of section 18 must ensure that all components containing halocarbons or designed to contain halocarbons are leak tested once a year.
